Employment-oriented training in fashion design and garment construction under the Rojgar Aadharit Jan Kaushal Vikas Karyakram of the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation — free for eligible youth of Rajasthan.
What is RAJKVIK?
Rojgar Aadharit Jan Kaushal Vikas Karyakram (RAJKVIK) — the Employment-Oriented Public Skill Development Programme — is a scheme of the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC), the Government of Rajasthan's nodal agency for short-term skill training.
RAJKVIK's objective is to provide industry-specific training to unemployed and under-employed youth, improve their employability in a changing labour market, and raise productivity and living standards — with a particular focus on women and disadvantaged groups. RSLDC empanels experienced training providers to deliver competency-based vocational courses that combine domain skills with a dedicated soft-skills module, and expects providers to arrange placements with employers or support candidates into self-employment.
Ezytm Technologies delivers RAJKVIK courses in the Apparel and Fashion Design sector, aligned to the Qualification Packs of the Apparel, Made-ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council.
Who is eligible? Unemployed and under-employed youth of Rajasthan who meet the age and education criteria of the chosen course, as per RSLDC guidelines. Women, school drop-outs and candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.

Rajasthan is home to some of India's best-known textile traditions — block printing, bandhani, gota-patti and hand embroidery — and to a fast-growing garment and export industry centred on Jaipur. Boutiques, e-commerce sellers and manufacturers all need trained people who can design, cut and stitch to a professional standard.
Fashion design skills also travel well: many graduates start a home-based tailoring or boutique business, giving women in particular an income without leaving their town.

Fashion design & apparel job roles
Courses are mapped to Qualification Packs of the Apparel, Made-ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council. The roles offered in each batch depend on the RSLDC work order and local demand.
Hands-on from the first week
- Design fundamentals — sketching, colour, fabric knowledge and trend research
- Pattern making & cutting — measurements, drafting and grading for women's, men's and children's wear
- Garment construction — hand and machine stitching, finishing, embellishment and quality checks
- Industry practice — production-floor discipline, safety and time standards
- Soft skills & entrepreneurship — communication, customer handling, costing and starting a small business
- Portfolio & assessment — a personal portfolio of finished garments and certification by the Sector Skill Council

Eligibility check & counselling
Bring your Aadhaar, Jan Aadhaar / domicile proof and educational certificates. Our counsellor will explain the course, timings and career options.
Registration & batch start
Once verified, you are registered on the RSLDC portal and allotted to the next batch at the nearest centre.
Recruit trained tailors, operators and design assistants
Garment units, boutiques and export houses can recruit directly from our batches, host industry visits and shape the practical curriculum around the skills they need.
