Ezytm Technologies implements Government-sponsored skill development programmes as a training partner — taking full responsibility for a candidate's journey from the first conversation in the community to the first months in a job.

Ezytm Technologies began as a software company building recharge, payment and business platforms. Running those platforms means living with uptime targets, audits, reconciliations and thousands of users who expect things to simply work.
When we looked at skill development, we saw the same challenge: programmes succeed or fail on execution — reaching the right candidates, keeping them in the classroom, documenting every step, and making sure a certificate turns into a job. Those are problems of process, data and accountability, and they are the problems we are built to solve.
Under the Skill India Mission we now implement DDU-GKY 2.0 in the Healthcare sector and RAJKVIK in Fashion Design — two sectors with sustained demand for trained people and clear career ladders.

Mobilisation & outreach
Village- and ward-level awareness drives with Gram Panchayats, self-help groups, schools and community leaders; door-to-door counselling of candidates and parents.
Screening & enrolment
Eligibility verification against scheme criteria, document collection, aptitude and interest counselling, and registration on the official scheme portal.
Training delivery
Domain training on the Sector Skill Council curriculum, plus employability skills, spoken English and digital literacy — delivered by certified trainers.
Centres & residential facilities
Training centres equipped to scheme norms — domain labs, IT lab, library, CCTV — and safe residential facilities where the programme requires them.
Assessment & certification
Coordination of third-party assessments, mock tests before the real one, and distribution of NSQF-aligned certificates issued by the Sector Skill Council.
Placement & post-placement
Employer partnerships, placement drives, offer-letter verification and structured follow-up with candidates and employers during the first months of work.
Technology-led delivery
Most training partners bolt technology on afterwards. We start with it. Our own platforms give programme managers, sponsoring agencies and auditors a live view of every centre and every batch.
- Biometric, geo-tagged attendance for candidates and trainers, synced with the scheme portal
- Learning management system with lesson plans, assessments and progress for each candidate
- Real-time MIS dashboards covering mobilisation, batches, assessments and placements
- Digital document vault — eligibility proofs, consent, certificates and offer letters, audit-ready

Built to the scheme's norms
Every centre we operate is set up and audited against the Standard Operating Procedures of the sponsoring scheme before a batch begins.

- Domain laboratories — patient-care simulation lab for Healthcare, cutting & sewing lab for Fashion Design
- Computer lab with internet for digital literacy and online assessments
- CCTV coverage, fire safety, first-aid and separate washrooms for women and men
- Library, counselling room and placement cell
- Residential facilities with mess and security where the programme is residential
- Accessible infrastructure for candidates with disabilities
Accountable at every step
Compliance is not a checklist we complete at the end — it is how the programme is run every day.
- Curriculum fidelity — every hour of training maps to the Qualification Pack and model curriculum
- Certified trainers — domain trainers certified through Training-of-Trainers programmes of the Sector Skill Council
- Aadhaar-enabled attendance and minimum-attendance rules enforced before assessment
- Candidate welfare — grievance redressal, safety protocols and a zero-tolerance policy on harassment
- Placement verification — offer letters, salary slips and employer confirmation documented for every placement
- Open to inspection — sponsoring agencies and auditors can visit any centre, any time
